Scope:The contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the entire building at both locations excluding the mechanical and electrical rooms. The buildings are open seven (7) days a week and used heavily by the public. The contractor should be aware that this schedule of public use does impact the amount of cleaning required and makes scheduling of periodic and special cleaning difficult. In addition to cleaning, the contractor is responsible for after-hours set-ups in two meeting rooms that are used by the public at both libraries. This information is not intended to be a substitute for site inspection and verification of scope and difficulty of work to be performed. Ultraviolet disinfection channel Effluent pump station Sludge dewatering building with centrifuge and chemical feed systems. Supernatant pump station Laboratory building.
